Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Please note that delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, customers will be notified by email.

We currently ship to the following regions:
Germany
Countries within the European Union (EU)
United States
Shipping availability depends on your location and will be displayed at checkout.
If your country is not available at checkout, shipping to your location is currently not supported.
Fulfillment Locations
Orders are fulfilled from different locations depending on the delivery destination:
Orders within the European Union are shipped from fulfillment centers within the EU.
Orders to the United States are shipped from fulfillment centers located in the United States.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and begin after order processing.
Germany: 3–7 business days
European Union (EU): 3-7 business days
United States: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs within the European Union are €6.90.
Free shipping is available on orders over €70 within the European Union.
Shipping costs for the United States are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing your purchase.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
Delayed or Lost Shipments

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
